This casebook covers mostly cases with full judgments and rulings of superior courts of Tanzania; most of the recent cases are unreported. The period covered is 1901 to 2010.There are a few selected cases from Kenya and Uganda jurisdictions for comparative purposes. There are frequent references to relevant sections of statutes, particularly the Land Acts and the Land Registration Act Cap. 334 but a lot of those provisions have not been reproduced herein to avoid bulk.
